Looking for a fast-track journal to publish one of my papers in the field of image processing for non-hodgkin leukemia cancer cells detection method.
I would suggest the established journals like British Journal of Haematology, Haematologica, Leukaemia Research rather than on-line journals which charge huge sums of money to publish.
