Is there any library of standard VRP problems available which can be used to test new solution methods?

I want to try the effectiveness of a new method I am developing on some standard set of VRP problems (if available). Is there any such set of standard problems available?

There are quite a few webpages providing the famous Solomon instances. They are state of the art benchmarks on the VRP.
