Dear members,
i have a list of genes which intersects in 20 different pathways, so i wish to generate a picture view or flow diagram view which explain number of pathways originated from a single gene, so which software will be applicable for this kind of analysis?

Please try metacore from Thomson Reuters. You can custom develop the pathway of your interest or you can use their existing pathway maps and build on that. The do offer editing features, for thier pathway templates.
You could consider the Kegg Web server (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/pathway.html) for the analysis of your genes. In particular the KAAS web tool will annotate them in a short time (http://www.genome.jp/tools/kaas/).
Then for graphical display you can consider iPath (http://pathways.embl.de/). I used that but there are a number of tools available.
DAVID is the website based software to do the pathway analysis, just uploading your genes.(https://david.ncifcrf.gov/summary.jsp). And if you want to build your own pathway map with some information based on your experiment results, Cytoscape might be helpful
