I know it's not easy to find such a cell line (most of them are models of cancer afterall and it's also impossible for a cell line to produce autoantibodies), but I want to perform some in vitro experiments and i'm in need of a cell line which - at least - undergoes Ig class switching or is characterized by inflammation and/or SASP phenotype. A useful tool would have been the CL-01 or 2E2 human B cells, but so far I haven't managed to find it... I do not know if using B cells from isolated PBMCS is a good idea, cause i'm about to transfect the cells in order to overexpress a transcription factor...Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance!
