I am interested in screening mouse cell culture supernatants, for multiple analytes (fully quantitative assay, up to 80 samples). Ideally I would like to perform a bead-based assay on a flow cytometer  - so maximum test number and minimum sample volume.

The BD Biosciences kit, requires purchase of FCAP array software - which is costly, and therefore a big disadvanatage for me. I previously used the human 13plex FlowCytomix Multiplex kit from eBioscience, which came with free software and gave good results. However, these products have all been discontinued and there seems to be a general move towards X-MAP platform testing/magnetic beads on the market (I do not have access to Luminex, nor vacuum manifold/magnetic plate washer).

The proteome profiler from R&D systems and the multi-analyte ELISA from Qiagen, have too few tests and require too much volume.
