Is there any ferroelectric oxides with Tc in the range of 2K- 10K?
It is true that ferroelectric transition temperature Tc is often very high and higher than room temperature. However I found two oxide ferroelectric materials which have Tc in the range 2-10K desired by you:
1. K3Li2Ta5O15 with Tc = 7 K
2. LiTlO4H4O6.H2O Tc = 10 K
Now please tell me why do you need low Tc ferroelectric materials? Is there any useful application?
Thanks very much!
