How can I change parameters during a Sentaurus TCAD simulation run?

Dear all,

I'm trying to use a python program as the external module that calculate the ferroelectric switching

, which included in the Sentaurus has the limitations.

For this purpose, I need to extract the electric field data and input the charge data calculated by the python at each tume step.

My first idea was using tcl formula in the .cmd file, but it was hard to control the Solve section, adding if/for loop for example.

I've found some papers using this approach, but it was not mentioned how to achieve.

If you have any idea or solution, Please let me know.
