Many of the color vision deficiency screening tests are available online and offline in software forms like Ishihara Tests and/or Farnsworth-Munsell Test. Is there any difference in their specificity and sensitivity while using in soft form rather than hard copy.
I do not think there is any difference between the soft and hard copy. Mind you any test is validate before its use as wide one
Hard form can never equate with soft form, as soft form has the benefits of brightness and contrast, further backlight improves the appeal.

Actually your question can be answered empirically, by comparing outcomes of the same test in soft vs. hard form.
However, I do think there is a difference: self-luminous colours (~soft form) are not equal perceptually to object=surface=pigment colours (~hard copy). NB: As recently shown by Logvinenko (2014), dichromats' manifold is *3D* for object colors, unlike a 2D manifold for self-luminous colours. See also Broakes (2010).

Are you asking the difference between paper vs. software tests or between online vs. offline software tests? The most important point is if they are validated or not. Paper tests of Ishihara Tests and/or Farnsworth-Munsell Test are validated and require specific viewing conditions. If you do not keep the viewing conditions, this may result in misdiagnosing or over-diagnosing. If you want to use software versions, the key point is validation - most of the online tests are not validated.
Most visually impaired persons are very sensitive to changes in illumination and require specific lighting conditions for optimum comfort and visual functioning, hence suitable test, keeping the viewing conditions as referred by @ Leticia, should be chosen.

In my opinion soft Color tests are designed as a Screening test for patiens for self-control. In case of any abnormality the patient will be checked by printed one by specialist

I am attaching a validation study by the U.S. Department of the Navy of a computerized color vision test called the Waggoner Computerized Color Vision Test - WCCVT - yes, I developed it). The study found the WCCVT had 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity. It is available for Android, iPAD, Windows, Mac and on-line. The on-line version was validated by the Department of Psychology, California State University, Fullerton, USA. I find the computerized test a valuable tool when screening for "acquired" color vision deficiencies - particularly tritan deficiencies.

yes it depends on the validity on the online form compare with the hard copy. Some of the hard copy were proved to be a valid clinical color vision test (screening and diagnosis) like Ishihara and HRR. The Question is, Is the online one (or the computer one has been proved to be a valid screening test)?? because on the computer one many factors has to be careful of, like screen luminance, brightness, background adaptation....... etc.
Below is the conclusion of a 10 year study by Department of Psychology, California State University, Fullerton; Department of Basic and Visual Sciences.
Evaluation of the Waggoner Computerized Color Vision Test "On-line" by Jose R. Quiroz1, Jason S. Ng2, Seung Eum1, Andrew Trevathan1, Chris Tran3, & Eriko Self.
Conclussion: Among the four color vision tests evaluated, the D-15 test is inferior in sensitivity and the HRR test is inferior in specificity. The WCCVT and the Ishihara test perform well in both of these measures. Considering the ease of administration, the WCCVT seems very promising as a color vision screening test.
