Is there any connection between antimicrobial activity and Zeta Potential? (Nanoemulsion)

For one antimicrobial the zeta potential is -64mV and for another is 0mV.

Is there any relationship between antimicrobial activity and Zeta Potential? Or is it only related to stability of solution?

From my results, the activity not related to the zeta potential, one has zp 0 (single chemical) and other one has 64 (nanoemulsion) both shows the almost similar activity.
