Is there a way to look for reference genes in my NanoString miRNA data?

I've been reading about NormFinder and BestKeeper, but I'm not sure they can be used for miRNA. If so,how can I do that?

Do you have any other suggestion about this?

Ok, good! But can they be used for NanoString data, since the methodology of detection is not PCR-based?
