Alwaleed, differences have been reported in immune cells not just lymphocytes during active TB disease when compared to latent TB infection. The immunologic responses to both states differ significantly and the lymphocytes activity demonstrate this.

also, as you have mentioned, which one of the immune cell is significantly high other than lymphocytes.
