Though they are wider in scope than what you are looking for, they both have specific subscales that measure fear of diseases and contagion. 

Take a look at:

Duncan, L. A., Schaller, M., & Park, J. H. (2009). Perceived vulnerability to disease: Development and validation of a 15-item self-report instrument. Personality and Individual Differences, 47, 541-546.

You might take a look at a study that I jointly published with Earl Wims in the International Journal of Aging and Human Development (1975), Vol. 6 (1).  The article is entitled "The Perception of the Common Cold and other Ailments and Discomforts as related to Age".   We had various age groups compare 18 different ailments and injuries from the standpoint of perceived severity and discomfort.  Some of the ailments perceived as most serious were a sprained back, intestinal flu, a bad case of hay fever, and a cut finger requiring two stitches.  Some ailments perceived as less serious were a stiff neck, having a tooth filled, dealing with a hangover, and giving a pint of blood.  A bad cold was used a the standard comparison ailment.  There were also some significant differences among the various age groups.  I hope you find the study to be of some value in your research.  Good luck.      

You can also take a look at fear of crime, in this study, it shows that fear of crime exists even without the crime itself, and it affects certain demographics differently. In addition, the study used general fear as a predictor of fear of crime. Maybe you can have a read.

The two most commonly used pathogen scales in psychology are: Perceived Vulnerability to Disease Scale (Duncan, Schaller, & Park, 2009), which was already mentioned... and the Disgust Sensitivity Scale (Haidt, McCauley, & Rozin, 1994).

I think the previous scales are very close to what we're looking for.

But I have a doubt about the validity in using them for our purpose.

We want to measure the fear of contamination or disgust before and after a stimulation (see photographs) to a group of individuals.

I'm not sure if these scales are accurate to measure specific moments in time and to compare before and after. I think that measure general behavior of the individual (obsessive-compulsive behavior...)

Do you think it is correct to use these scales (or the corresponding subscales) to measure specific times before and after handling and to find out if fear or dislike of the individual increases or decreases after seeing the pictures?

We want to measure the fear of contamination of an individual before stimulation and after stimulation and compare the effectiveness of the stimulus.
