Is there a reliable method for isolation of DNA binding proteins with genomic DNA that doesn't require fixation of proteins to the DNA?

Is there a reliable method for isolation of DNA binding proteins with genomic DNA that doesn't require fixation of said proteins to the DNA?

My goal is to isolate genomic DNA with all of the DNA binding proteins still attached to it. Fixing said proteins to DNA with for example formaldehyde will disrupt my experimental design.

Any help will be appreciated
