Is there a lab researcher to do a RNA extraction from white blood cells to make a cDNA sequencing possible? I am trying to find out whether some unknown variants might cause changed protein function.

We are doing the same frequently in our lab. I personally think cDNA sequencing might not be hampered by any kind of variants but if still they can then how could one identify the factors and how one can correlate with sequencing result, I mean then what will be the control for the same.

We would like to do a Reversed Transcription PCR as well, does that make more sense to you?
