"Dear colleagues,

I am currently conducting research on satellite cells in rat muscle samples. After extracting the satellite cells and culturing them in growth medium (GM), they began to proliferate until they reached 90% confluence. At this point, I introduced differentiation medium (DM) consisting of 250 ml DMEM, 5 ml horse serum, 2.5 ml penicillin-streptomycin, and 1.25 ml amphotericin B.

Unfortunately, I have not observed any signs of differentiation or the formation of myotubes, and the satellite cells have started to undergo cell death."
