From a 0.4% solution we use 1:1 with cell medium (10 uL of each and 10 uL of that solution) onto a Countess automated counter slide. For manual counting 1:10 is recommended I believe.
An interesting and very useful material now a days is Graphene. Has there been any research on manufacturing Graphene from biochar? If so, any references please? Thank you
