Use this form (http://www.informatics.jax.org/searches/allele_form.shtml) and select "QTL" in categories to get all QTLs in the mouse, and/or enter some terms in the "Phenotype/Disease" box at the top of the page to restrict your search to certain topics (entering multiple terms will return QTLs that correspond to at least one : aka, Boolean OR).
