Hi,

I measured the RSA(Relative accessible surface area) of several residues of the protein as shown below.

The first column is the residue number, and the second column is the RSA value.

Example :

1 0.12

2 0.17

3 0.19

4 0.21

5 0.27

6 0.35

7 0.40

8 0.47

9 0.48

10 0.54

11 0.61

12 0.76

I would like to distinguish the exposed residue from the above data.

Is there a typical RSA cutoff value that distinguishes the exposure of the residue?

Thanks in advance.
