I prepared thin PDMS film embedded with CsPbBr3 Perovskite quantum dot and doped Ag+ ions to PQDs inside PDMS. The XRD results showed that the peak intensity of (100) plane increased while intensity of all other peaks seriously decreased after Ag+ ion doping. What are the possible reasons for this changes in XRD pattern?
Given the large peak width (100), I would think that doping with silver reduces the degree of crystallinity of the material.

sorry for correcting you;
but the (100) peak of CsPbBr3 Perovskite QD is the tiny peak at about 15°*) (2theta). Your hump labelled by (100) is due to the quite amorphous PDMS film. There is no (100) peak of CsPbBr3 at that position.
All the CsPbBr3 peaks are significantly decreased (up to being removed) in the Ag doped case (including the (100) one at 15°). The P-QDs may have got amorphous due to the Ag doping (or there are no P-QDs in your sample**)).
With respect to the 12° hump, there is only a small height difference between the black and the blue curve. This may be, to my opinion, due to the fact, that you handle two different individual samples but not a single one, which has undergone doping after taking the black XRD pattern.

It looks like your blue pattern...
So you should check the reproducibiliy of the 12° hump by taking XRD pattern of a series of different PDMS films...

**) You may check by EDS/XRF whether you have really got P-QDs in that PDMS sample...
