Is there a commercially available MAC glycopeptidolipid (GPL) core antigen?

I am looking for a commercially available GPL core antigen to use in a Luminex immunoassay. I am aware of the Capilia MAC Ab ELISA kit, but I am searching for just the antigen to couple to Luminex beads.
