I bought a new 100 ml (100X) of Pencilin-treptomycin-glutamin, from life technologies, I stored it in -20 C then in 4 C. After 1 day of 4 C storage I found upper clear layer and lower white precipitate? is that normal?, can I warm it before starting aliquot into 5 ml tubes?

The precipitate should be due to glutamine. When you aliquot and freeze antibiotics alone no precipitate should be noted. When you do the same operation with glutamine alone, precipitate (white) is apparent after thawing. So no a real problem there and no heat needed to dissolve: agitation alone will work well.
