Online calculators are usually ok, but why not performing such test in a statistical software? I recommend a software such as R or SPSS, to better support your research.

I agree with Niyungeko Antoine since you have not specified the problem you are addressing you could find it is suitable or not to analyse the data you have and for the targeted purpose
Yes.. depends on the nature of the data. It is a non parametric test used to determine the association between the two categorical variables in the contingency tables (Cell sizes are small - less than 5).It is more significant than the chi-square test
