@Jochen Wilhelm it's not homework, i have data for antibody titre for five groups with different circumstances and i need to calculate geometric means for these data and find the significance between them using duncan's post hoc one way anove. can you help me with this!

@Thuraya, there is need to understand if this is situation of ANOVA of interaction before one can actually suggest a feasible or workable approach to solving this. In the mean time, get Montgomery's text on design and analysis of experiments. Good luck
