Is the Crimson publisher is reliable to publish our research outlets?

I think, but I'm not sure, that if you pay you will see your publication. I had a similar experience with other open journal. Commonly a journal take several months to perform the review. In the aforemtioned case in one week they notify me that my paper was ready (if I pay...), therefore, I didn't send the paper. The initial idea for open journal was very nice, science for everyone, but today I don't know if this initial idea survive... On the other hand, check this (and others journals) by using scopus or scholar, maybe you could obtain more information, related with these problably fake ISI journals as Rob and José suggested.
