I'm searching for the author of this publication:

It is a seed list of some plants in Royal Garden Kew, and a species name was used here with some nomenclatural consequences. I could not find any author for it, however, if possible, I would avoid to cite it as "Anon."
Does somebody have a suggestion how to solve this problem?

Dear Gergo,
I found, that some authors used this form:
Royal Botanical Garden, Kew. 1890: Bulletin of Miscellaneous Information 4: etc.
It is also one of the possible options.
