No doubt that, the advent of technology has brought immense opportunities to human life such as access to education, medicine, industry, transportation etc. This same technology has case irreparable damages to humans, societies etc.. in comparing the negatives and positives, what is your stance?

Because as we lot know is that most of the people to the world text when they are driving. Looking at your phone while driving leads to twenty three percent closer to an accident. And texting leads to ten added to the twenty three.
Most people think that internet = happiness but the truth is that internet is stress. Internet can also meaning bullying. BULLYING is by social media such as twitter, facebook and, etc. So this why I think technology it bad and making us dummies.
As it has already been mentioned in one answer that every technology has it's pros and cons I strongly believe that it has helped us to do things with ease at the same time has definitely decreased human efficiency from classroom teachings to research or daily life activities. I remember professors writing everything on board, some looking to the hints mentioned in a small piece of paper and some without any aid but now when we are aided by power point most of us as a teacher cannot write complete informations in detail on board and also we are not as good in drawing or mathematical calculations as our predecessors used to be.
Technology can only assist in delivering better learning when it is used by a great teacher. Good teachers inspire our young people to be lifelong learners, creating a culture of independent inquiry with their enthusiasm and passion.
It's just like sugar, it's sweet but it can be lethal!!
In another words, it depends on its uses; How, When, Where, What for...etc??
