We are attempting to fully mix potassium iodide in sunflower oil, and suspect that we can use ethanol as an intermediary solvent; add the ethanol to sunflower oil, and heat the mixture to remove the ethanol.  Any thoughts? Ultimately, we want to mix potassium iodide and cocoa butter; cocoa butter mixes readily with sunflower oil.  Any help would be much, much appreciated.
