Partially rotten means putrefaction has already begun. Indicating the possible presence of microorganisms (though may be in low concentration). I would not risk taking in fruits with signs of being rotten.
partly rotten food is definitely harmful for human being, but some animal can digest it better give them ,before giving then ensure that it is partly very less rotten
Surely I would not recommend anyone to eat a partially rotten fruit or vegetable, but in case it was eaten accidentally is there a real harm or is it only our preference to avoid such things?
Not only rotton fruit even cut fruit openly stored for a long time also contain different pathogenic micro-organism commonly the cause of food poison ,
