In our busy schedule. Usually we neglect our health.. but health is wealth...
No disease or symptom of malaise should be ignored. This applies to all bodies of the body who, by virtue of the law of synergy, "communicate" with one another and form its integrity. As is well known, dental diseases can seriously affect the functions of other organs, and in some cases lead to strange seemingly complaints. For this reason, general health should be the goal of every normal person. As we have a GP, so we have to have a personal dentist. When we think about our dental health in addition to food, we should also pay too much attention to brush and toothpaste.
Periodic check up , brushing twice ,self oral examination and consulting at the smallest symptoms
dental check up 6 monthly (twice per year)
otherwise brush twice daily
I maintain my teeth to the extent that prevent me from visiting the dentist only twice a year to check on them
