As the picture shows, there are some white bright dots floating around, and they look like they have some movement. First thought of bacterial contamination, but these are not really doubling in numbers, the culture media does not look turbid and the cells are rapidly growing. This is the 2nd passage and day 3. Looked up yeast contamination too but yeast probably looks a little more rounded and bigger. There are some dots on the cell's surface as well. I am unable to understand if these are any type of contamination or not. please suggest!

Based on your description and the video, in my opinion, this does not appear to be mycoplasma, fungal, or bacterial contamination. The particles are not multiplying, the medium remains clear, and cell growth is normal. This presentation is more consistent with precipitated proteins or other serum components, which can appear as bright, moving dots and sometimes attach to cells. Using freshly prepared medium and serum should help confirm this.
