Hi, does anyone have the experience in measuring bradykinin (BK) level in samples (plasma, medium etc). Since BK is easily degraded to its metabolites in vivo, I think elisa kits that only react with intact BK is not accurate to indicate how much BK is produced. Instead, they say its metabolite BK-(1-5) is most stable metabolite. So is it a better solution to measure BK-(1-5)?
