I am performing Mito Stress Test assays with a Seahorse Analyzer and the Software always provides Maximum Respiration and Spare Respiratory Capacity (difference between Basal and Maximum Respiration) as a measure for increased respiration after uncoupling with FCCP. Would you recommend using the data from Maximum Respiration or Spare Respiratory Capacity? Why?

Thanks a lot,

Leonie
