Is keratinocyte growth kit necessary for growing primary human epithelial keratinocytes (HEKa)?

Hello everyone,

Currently, I am working on establishing in vitro skin model. I will be reviving HEKa cells and wondering whether the Keratinocyte Growth Kit is important for the survival of the cell.
