How to get the desired concentration of gas in the order of ppm (parts per million)?

I have two gas cylinders of Oxygen and Nitrogen along with the Mass Flow Controllers respectively. If I want to get the desired concentration of gas such as 100, 200, 300 ... (in ppm) in the bell jar for gas sensor application means how to get that?

I think you want to convert volume % concentration into ppm. The formula is 1 vol.% of gas is equal to 10,000 ppm. If you are having 100 % oxygen, this is equal to 1000000 ppm. You may dilute it with inert gas (for required ppm).
