Dear all,

We've been doing transesterification with our raw materials - a mixture of pairing oil (which is said to came from the skin part of a coconut) and crude coconut oil. During the addition of the catalyst (NaOH/MeOH), there was a formation of soap which was characterized by solidification and foam formation. Is there any way we can eliminate this and proceed to the next step of biodiesel production?
