I already did a statistical analysis for my study by (SPSS) software. Now, I try to use (Smart pls 3) for statistical analysis for the same research. But, I am surprised the results of the testing hypothesis are not the same. Is this true when we change the software the results change? If not, how I can solve that?

I know for example; that for categorical independent variables the reference category may differ depending on what software you are using. If you are estimating odds ratios for example, what you get from STATA may be the inverse of what you get from SPSS.

Yes, the relationships between variables were significant in SPSS program. But in Smartpls program are not significant.
Spss uses the technique of regression for assessing the direct effects while Smart PLS uses the technique of structural equation modelling that why your results changes.
