Please note that you wrote to the ResearchGate community, not to the RG team. However, you are expected to add your publications to your profile yourself. Some may be already in ResearchGate, but not attached to your profile; in such cases, you just have to claim authorship. Others may be missing, but you can add the bibliographic data yourself. The staff does not have the capacity to do this "by hand" for all users.
