Dear researchers,
I need to perform biochemical experiment data to analysis statistical significance.
I have more two groups for all experiments. But I am not sure what statistical parameter will be best fit for above mentioned.
What are difference and application in statistics?
1) one sample, two sample and pair sample t test
2) one way anova
3) two way anova
4) parametric and non parametric
I would like to know whether One Way Anova will be sufficient or still need to be done students t test as well?

One way ANOVA is an extension of independent sample t test. In this type of t test you are examining whether a mean difference is statistically significant between TWO groups (e.g. males and females). In one way ANOVA you may have 3 groups or more for comparison of mean scores.
