I am working with CCB in Ag-II induced acute hyprertension in Male Wistar rat. In Human vascular smooth muscle cell Ag-II cause increase in oxidative stress within 60 min. So In- vivo model can same act as In-vitro model. It means within 60 min, 2.5 mcg/kg Ag-II can induced oxidative stress or not. This dose of Ag-II significantly rise blood pressure as compare to normal animal.
