Investigate the mass% needed to achieve a percolation threshold in silicone rubber (it could be as low as 0.5% and is likely to be no more than 1.5% by mass)
Note that the challenge will be achieving a good dispersion, but if you can get over that problem then this should work.
I want to make Anti static transparent silicone rubber.which Anti static agent should be use whose that not decrease transparency properties of silicone rubber?
Carbon-based materials are often used as anti-static agents.... but of course, they are black and therefore will be a problem, unless they are at very low loading in your system. I would still encourage you to do some literature investigation around carbon nanotubes. At a low loading they may not impact the transparency very much (ultimately, whatever you pick, there is likely to be a trade-off between transparency and anti-static properties so it just depernds what your final application can tolerate)
