Recently I work on Trichoderma viride, when it culture on PDA plate, that's time no vissible bacteria.But when culture trichoderma production browth media, there present bacteria.This bacteria is same bacteria occurs when microscopic view.It is obligate bacteria for Trichoderma nor inhibitor, I want to know. What are the way to remove the bacteria from Trichoderma. Please suggest to me?

Pure culture of Trichoderma viride is of course possible and we are doing it in our lab routinely but never got bacterial contamination as you mentioned. If it is really happening in your case, please try to identify it at the very onset and accordingly go for specific antibacterial. You may also try to culture it in Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar (RBCA) medium to observe if similar case happens or not.
