Is it possible to have active lupus but with negative ANA and anti-dsDNA?

I have a female lupus patient, she had been experienced several times flare and had received treatment of prednisone, CTX, MMF, or RTX one after another. She present as pancytopenia and pulmonary hemorrage recently, but with negative ANA and anti-dsDNA. There are no other reasons can explain the pancytopenia and pulmonary hemorrage. Is it possible to have active lupus but with negative ANA and anti-dsDNA?
