In Design Expert software old versions, possibly we can have 3 to 5 levels. but the latest version is not having a feature of more than 3 levels. Please drop your suggestions..

It depends on what you mean exactly. In central composite design, you have five levels, namely ±α, ±1, and 0. In other cases, using five levels is pointless when the goal is to minimize the number of experiments. Two levels are enough to estimate the main effect and interactions. A third level is enough to obtain a quadratic regression model. Higher models are often unnecessary.
