from this website (http://phage.org/names/2000/) it is possible to determine the genera targeted by a family of bacteriophages, for instance the phage species DS96 , H24 , M35 , P3 , P9 , SB101 , S2 , 2BII , 5 , 182a , 705 , 873 , 881 , 940 , 1051 , 1057 , 21096C , NN-Enterococcus all target the genus Enterococccus.
Is there a website that does the opposite? If I wanted to know what phages attack let's say Enterococcus fecalis, where should I look at? I could check of course all those phages one by one but the data would be scarce (for instance, there is nothing on PubMed for enterobacterium phage DS96) and tedious to gather.
Is there instead a website with this information already distilled?

The site you listed does let you download their database as an Excel spreadsheet and you can sort and search yourself. However I would point out that the information there is nearly 20 years old. Unfortunately I don't know of a more current website.
The following website can be of help. Not all viruses are included, but it is linked to NCBI, so it should be rather up te date.

Thank you, but even in the spreadsheet there is not a field with the bacterial species associated to a phage; and in the website, most of the phages are not listed (for instance, there was not record I could find for DS96...). Anyway, these require manual analysis, that might be impractical for hundreds of hits.
