I am using comsol to simulate the heat transfer and fluid flow of a rectangular duct. I am considering a two-phase mixture model for fluid flow with an inlet velocity u. I want to calculate the mass flow rate from post-processing result of comsol rather than analytical calculation. Is it possible?
In Comsol the so-called derived values can be calculated a posteriori, that's your case, but you have to perform an evaluation inserting the formula, with density and velocities of the single phases taken from your physics.

you can have them separately, this is achievable by using the proper COMSOL-defined methods to recall some specific variables (e.g. density, velocity) of a single phase
