I submitted a revised manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal after major revision. After the constructive comments of the reviewers, a better title is suggested for the manuscript. I want to know if it is possible to change the title at the current stage.

I have done once with one of my journal paper.
After second revision (minor), I felt that the title was too long. So, I shortened the title that does not change the intention of the paper. For this, while submitting the cover letter (to the Editor/Editor in Chief), I declared that I have intentionally changed the title that does not necessarily change the goal of the manuscript. The paper was accepted and was subsequently published.

Yes, absolutely possible after due consultation with the editor and reviewers. It is also possible after acceptance if you have not signed the galley proof from the production team. In any case, you have to strongly justify why it is necessary to change the title. All the best

Yes is very possible because sometimes is not even you the author but rather the reviewers as well as the editor do suggest so. So it all depends on the circumstances surrounding the needs.

It is possible, but not recommended. There are publishers that ask you to sign a change of title form, and the whole procedure takes time and delays the publishing process of the paper.

Well, changing the title is not a big issue. The actual issue is reflection of your title in true sense with you article. However, some times you have signed author copyrights and in that case you need to get permission from the journal (manager and/or editor) and normally it is not difficult.
