I think you conduct a standard mean difference meta-analysis, you ideally need both the mean and standard deviation for each group (control and treatment). Geometric mean ratio and confidence intervals alone are not sufficient to derive the means and standard deviations directly. You may need to search in supplementary materials of the study to extract the means for treatment and control groups.
