Do you support the proposal? and what are the scientific benefits through the formation of the jury of thesis and dissertation from different international universities to discuss the student?
I do not agree with your answer doctor ابتسام صاحب الزويني because most jury members having research and studies and these research and studies may have been taken as references and sources of that thesis.
How can we trust their research and studies and do not trust them?
Dissertation is already time consuming enough. Sometimes a distant colleague is invited to read and comment, but responsibility remains with the lacal department.
I think it can be done. Often it is done when a faculty member on a PhD student's dissertation committee moves from one institution to another. Even though they're no longer employed by the old institution, they remain part of the committee and take part in meetings through Skype, Zoom, or other technologies.

I think that is possible. Knowing that this proposal is implemented in a group of American and Canadian universities. I hope that this will be implemented between our Iraqi universities first before we move towards universality
