As I am growing huh 7.5 cells in cDMEM containing Non essential amino acids i have noticed that some cells have change their morphology from a hazy appearance to quite differentiated cells. Kindly guide me

BUT phenotype changes can be due to many factors other than mutation, particularly changes in gene expression, epigenetic modifications, and changes in environment (such as cell density and passaging frequency).
