I read various regulatory method of gene expression in eukaryotes and I haven't found any example in which a single transcription factor co-regulates the linearly present genes cluster in the genome of the eukaryotic cell.
If anyone have any idea regarding this please do reply..

Yes, that's probably true. The expression of the required TF increases upon requirement to regulate the other gene expression. At present I have no example to state but people are proving the same using 3C technique.
In other case the same protein molecule also works in trans and that's already proven.
